im new to the area. i live on the edge of hermosa and redondo beach. are there any good hair salons near by thats not in the ghetto that charges 25 dollars or less for a woman's haircut with layers?? everywhere ive looked around the area are all 55 and up. cheapest is 35... thanks!... Read More »
