Resolved Question: I have a mosquito West Nile question?

I live in Los Angeles california, the city I live in is Redondo beach. so I decided to take a walk at the park like around 2:30 pm, and sit at a bench jus to kill time for about 17-18 minutes.. 2 hrs later I realize a mosquito bite on the side of my left arm because it started to itch a little. I wasn't wearing a long sleeve shirt. so this park had or has a sign from dusk till dawn is when those infected mosquitos come out, and I've been known that but I just wanted to kill time at the park. what r the chances I'm going to be infected with west Nile virus?? :/... and also do Mosquitos carry HIV/AIDS and can transfer them to a human???? because I'm really concerned for my self..... plz answer????...
